2-years warranty

dbramante1928 restricts warranty service for its products purchased in the European Economy Area (EEA) or Switzerland to the EEA and Switzerland. For purchases made outside of the EEA ask your point-of-purchase for details of any warranty terms that apply specifically to the country where you purchased your dbramante1928 product.

dbramante1928 warrants our cases, unless otherwise stated, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for two years. If your dbramante1928 case is found to be defective within that time please return it to you point of purchase with the relevant receipt.

Under no conditions is dbramante1928 liable for any of the following: loss or damage to your portable electronic device; loss of or damage to programs, records or data; and consequential or incidental damages, even if dbramante1928 is informed of their possibility.

All good materials eventually wear out with normal use. We are not responsible for normal wear & tear, defects caused by accident, abuse, misuse, improper care, or alteration.

Over and above our warranty terms, dbramante1928 is committed to your satisfaction with our products. If at any time you are not satisfied please contact us. All warranty cases should be handled through the store of purchase.

Warranty for eco-shield

dbramante1928 guarantees eco-shield products against breakage and defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a lifetime. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damages caused by using the product outside of its intended use, or loss. If a valid claim is made during the applicable period, dbramante1928, at its discretion, will either (1) replace the product, or (2) exchange the product with one of equal value.

5-Year Warranty on re-charge Pro

All our re-charge Pro products come with a 5-year warranty covering manufacturing and material defects. Our chargers are designed with built-in safety features and will automatically shut off in case of overheating to protect both the charger and your devices. Therefore, the warranty does not cover any damage to your devices. To make a warranty claim, please contact the retailer where you purchased the product. Be sure to keep your receipt or proof of purchase, as it serves as your warranty certificate.

We aim to get back to you within 24 hours.

From time to time a product can be out of stock. We strive to get new supplies in approximate 2 weeks. If you have any questions regarding out of stock products please contact webshop@dbramante1928.com

We ship to all EU countries and United Kingdom.

We do not ship to outmost regions and overseas territories outside Europe.

If you bought a wrong product you can return it within the first 14-days after receival and purchase a new from our webshop.

Shipping and handling are at your expense and your responsibility until your package reaches our warehouse.

Refunds will always be issued to the same payment option as you used at the purchase time. If your payment information has changed, please send an e-mail to webshop@dbramante1928.com together with the weborder number, SWIFT and IBAN number.

We handle refunds as quickly as possible and process returns within 48 hours after receiving the package. Depending on your card issuer or bank, process time could be between 2-30 days for the credit to appear on your bankstatement.

Wireless charging is done by your QI charger creating an invisible field of energy between your phone and the charger. A lot of variables can cause the charging to be impaired. If the QI charger or your USB power supply is below the required power level specified by your phone manufacturer, charging time will be increased and amount of material you can have between your phone and the QI charger is dramatically lowered – So when you add a cover, you also add to distance and amount of material between your phone and charger and of course when you remove the cover, added distance and material is also removed again and . So please check that you have the best possible charging capacity available and specified if you experience that your phone charges slowly or even do not charge, as this is the real issue of bad charging experience.

So no old USB-A power supplies to make sure wireless is working 100% as it should

Std. USB-A = 5V with 2,4A delivers 12W
Std. USB-C = 9V with 2.22A delivers 19,98W
Power USB-C = 9V with 2.56A delivers 23,04W

Unfortunately, it is not possible to buy the inner cradle beside. If the case is still under warranty, you can reach out to the store of purchase.
