Right of Withdrawal

When shopping with us, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

If you’ve purchased multiple items in one order, you may choose to return the entire order or only part of it.

The 14-day period begins from the day you – or a person you have designated (not the carrier) – receive the item. For orders with multiple items delivered separately, the period begins upon receipt of the last item.

If the deadline falls on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Day, it will be extended to the next working day.

For purchases made with a 2-for-1 offer, the value of the returned item will be offset against the free item.

Items Not Covered by the Right of Withdrawal

Some items are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

  • Gift cards

  • Items with broken seals (e.g., special packaging protecting the product, which ensures it hasn’t been opened)

How to Withdraw Your Purchase

Clearly state that you wish to use your right of withdrawal and indicate whether you’re returning the full order or only part of it. We would also like to know the return reason.

  1. I ordered the wrong product

  2. I received the wrong product

  3. The product was damaged upon delivery

  4. I changed my mind and no longer want the product

Important: Make sure your L-reference (LXXXXXX) is clearly visible on the outside of the package.

The item must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receival as a business parcel. We only accept business parcels.

We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery (COD).

You are responsible for covering return shipping costs.

Refund of Purchase Amount

If you regret your entire purchase, we will reimburse the full purchase amount, including the original shipping costs from the order.

If you only return part of your purchase, we will not refund the original shipping costs.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds will be issued without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have received the returned item(s) or documentation confirming the return.

We’ll refund you via the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.

Condition of the Item Upon Return

  • Please return items in their original packaging.

  • You’re allowed to inspect the product, but if the packaging is missing or the item shows signs of use beyond what's necessary for checking, we may deduct a portion of the refund.

  • You’re liable for any reduction in the item’s value due to handling beyond what's necessary to assess functionality, features, or condition.

Make sure the product is securely packaged. You’re responsible for the item until we receive it.
