dbramante1928 ApS (hereinafter "us") takes the processing of your personal information seriously. We process your personal information in accordance with this Privacy and Personal Information Policy (hereinafter "Privacy Policy"). 

In the following we will inform you about your rights as a registered user with us and how we treat and protect your personal information. 

We recommend that you save these guidelines locally. 

The basis for our processing of your personal information is to fulfill and process order placement with us or to do business without actual contractual consent.

 

Personal information that we collect:

1.1 When you create an order on our Website, we collect the following personal information about you:

  • Your first and last name.
  • Your address.
  • Your email address.
  • Your phone number.

We are the data controller for this personal information. We are also the data controller for the transmission of this personal information to our Data Processor, cf. Section 3. 

1.2 You may voluntarily choose to attach additional information to your profile, for example additional address information. This information is processed in your interest, and you have control over the additional personal information we have about you. 

1.3 Newsletter sign up. dbramante1928 will use the information you provide in the newsletter sign up form to be in touch with you and to provide updates and marketing. You can change your mind at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the footer of any email you receive from us, or by contacting us at info@dbramante1928.com. We will treat your information with respect. By the submit or sign up button, you agree that we may process your information in accordance with these terms.

 


2. Use of your Personal Information

2.1 The purpose of collecting your personal information is to manage your use of our webshop platform, including providing support, sending you receipts for order, improving the Website and our services (hereinafter "the Purpose"). 

2.2 We only process personal information about you that is relevant and adequate to fulfill the Purpose. The same applies to the amount of personal information we collect. 

2.3 We do not use your personal information for purposes other than the original Purpose, unless the new purpose is clearly compatible with the original Purpose or unless you have previously given your consent.

2.4 To ensure the quality of your personal information, we have adopted internal rules and procedures for checking and updating your personal information.



3. Storage of your Personal Information.

3.1 Your personal information is stored in a local system with selected external companies (hereinafter "the Data Processor") for fully encrypted backup purposes and for e-mail communication. We use data processors in the EU and in the United States for e-mail activity alone. We only use data processing companies in the United States to the extent that they participate in the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework. 

3.2 The Data Processor acts solely as a data processor in relation to the personal information for which we are data controllers.

3.3 The Data Processor only processes data according to instructions from us. 

3.4 We make sure that the Data Processor has taken the necessary technical and organizational security measures against that your personal information is accidentally or illegally destroyed, lost or impaired, and against their knowledge, misused or otherwise treated in violation of any current and relevant legislation on the processing of personal information. 



4. Security of your Personal Information


4.1 We will ensure that we in addition to the above and in general have adopted appropriate security measures.

4.2 We have internal rules on information security which contain instructions that ensure that only those of our employees who have a factual purpose have access to and may use your personal information.

4.3 We have taken appropriate measures to protect your personal information against accidental or illegal destruction, loss or deterioration, and against disclosure, misuse or otherwise being treated in violation of the rules governing the processing of personal information at any time.

5. Deletion of your Personal Information


5.1 We keep only personal information as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purpose, fulfillment of legal requirements or a claim according to a contract with our customers. We also store personal data for statistical use and these personal data are used in a single and anonymous database for statistical analysis.

5.2 The personal information you have provided in connection with the creation of an order will be deleted within 24 months after a basket have been set active in our webshop.

5.3 In cases where you have provided your tax registration number for obtaining a tax deduction, this will be deleted after the tax authorities’ latest deadline for reporting tax deductions.

6.1 You have the right at any time to know what personal information we have collected and which we keep and process about you.

6.2 You may at any time require correction, objection or limited processing of your personal information.
